Obserwuj Nie masz uprawnień do uruchamiania obiektu

please use google translate or similar when posting as I don't think there are many polish responders here (https://translate.google.com/)

    Translation
    Good morning,

my stepfather bought a new computer, he previously used an older version of the program. At the moment, the entire 2019 package is activated. After opening the .MDB access 2000.
The following message is displayed: "You must have open / run permission to run this object." I tried to follow the instructions in the help tab, but it doesn't work.

I am pretty green in using this program and certainly in fumbling with the settings.
    Please help.
I suspect with a db that old, it was protected with a '.mdw' file, This feature was deprecated many years ago. You need to find that file on your fathers old computer and copy it across as well.

Once you get it working, I strongly advise you upgrade to a .accdb which can be done quite easily although there may be some changes still required.

Another alternative is to remove the 2019 version of access and install the 2000 version - but you will still need the.mdw file until you upgrade
