"Novice". I can't find it lol. But now I got the report to come up with the dates, but I'm still using the pop-up window, I don't think the Start and End Date unbound boxes are being used for anything....

Can you post the db? We're sort of shooting in the dark here.

I missed what you originally meant when you were saying you're getting pop-ups. You have to edit the field criteria to match the field names you're using on your form (or change the form to match the criteria).

...but I guess you already figured that out based on your later responses.

    So close!!!......

I wish I could but it is somewhat sensitive information.

BUT I figured out the problem was because I was doing [Forms]![ASAP Menu].[Start Date], but really it should be [Forms]![ASAP Menu].[Text24].

The only problem I'm having now is when I push the button the attached error message pops up. And I checked and I can't find any " anywhere....

It usually means you have a typeo in one of the field names. Check the query for any mistakes.

There's a very snarky response just begging to be unleashed but I'll just say a screenshot of query results tells us almost nothing.

Do you have an error? What steps are you performing before deciding it isn't working, etc...?

Why even say there is a "snarky" response when you have no intention of unleashing it? That's just a disappointing waste of everyone's time.

So that is the crosstab query, I click "report wizard" and choose that query, but no fields come up for me to choose from....

Guess I'm just not that good at playing guessing games. As described it should work but there's probably some unusual detail which is being forgotten, overlooked, or whatever. Replace (or dump) any identifying info and upload a sample working (or not working as the case may be) as you describe. Someone might be able to help you figure out what is wrong with a little more to go on.

I will try, it is difficult though as it is allll identifying. I'll see what I can do tomorrow.

    Thanks.
