New to Access, really struggling with assignment question, can anyone offer advice

I am new to access and need to complete an assignment however I am struggling with question 8 as when I attempt to create the report I am not given the automatic grouping nor the "summary options" is this down to relationships? Can someone help.

No, you specify grouping/sorting as you need it.
Look on YouTube for examples of report grouping.

no - in report design view look for the group and sort option on the ribbon

With report in design view, right click on any report section bar and select Sorting & Grouping from shortcut menu. Set up criteria in the designer that opens at bottom of report

"Summary option" would be using aggregate function expression in textbox located in group header or footer section:

=Sum([curPrice])

or

=Sum([chrPrice])
