I make some application about workers in one factory. when open form to see all people who work in the factory need to be an button witch open information form about that worker. Its something like this:

I make that info form and put button to open that info form, but it always open information for first row in the table. What to do to solve this?

i mark today this threat as solved but now its not solved.
you see on picture that there is on button on every row in the window. on click on that button its open information for row where is the button. now i need some solution when open information form to may change informations on it.
i try to get datas from the table its ok its open for every row informations but i cant change it. how to do it?
