Saving Label on the Fly

So I've got a form that I created, and along the bottom of the form is a section for announcements. The form is a log in out sheet and I'm having trouble with saving the announcments label on the fly.

I have a second form that can make changes to the form, however the changes made are not being saved for anything longer than the session.

So when the database is closed the changes are lost and the announcments box is empty again. Does anyone have any suggestions for this issue, certainly open because I've been working on it for a few hours and don't have many ideas left.

The data that you want to persist beyond a session should be in a table.
