Lightbulb Hover button does not work when form is maximised

    Hello All,
i have a form where there is 3 buttons, only 1 button is able to hover when the form is maximized, and the other 2 buttons does not hover when the form fully opened.
See below the behaviour of the button, when i gradually resized the form, the hover button looks half.
Do you know how to remedy same.

Attached you can see the pictures for behaviour of the 3 buttons on hoveringClick image for larger version.

nothing springs to mind except possibly form corruption or you have code which could cause the effect
    Have you tried

    1. compact/repair
    2. Use the undocumented Application.SaveAsText? This saves the form as a text file, then you can reimport using Application.LoadFromText - info here https://www.access-programmers.co.uk/forums/threads/restore-database-objects-loadfromtext.296459/. A bit like decompile for vba modules, this is a way of repairing an object
    3. copy the form to a new db
    4. recreating the form from scratch (don't copy paste the controls from the original form), start with the buttons and if OK, keep adding the other controls/code until the problem reoccurs

If none of those work, upload the form in the new db for others to look at
