    Image on Screen problem

I have a form which has 1 image, a JPG file. On 3 computers and 2 laptops this image is shown and prints correctly on all reports. On 1 laptop (The bosses unfortunately) the image is shown at about 60% size and prints small on the report. His computer is using Office Pro 2019, the others a mixture of Office 365 and Office 2016.

All machines are W10 and less than 1 year old.

    Thank you in advance.

two guesses- your boss is linking to the wrong image or the image control has different properties to the app on on other users machines

What about differences in screen resolution? His might be considerably higher.

Thank you for you replies. Mine and the others 1920x1080. He of course has the best machine, so I'll have to follow up on your suggestions.

Check the SizeMode property for your image control(s).
    There are three options
    1. Clip - will appear as its actual size within the control boundaries no matter what resolution is used...so it may be too big or in this case too small for certain users
    2. Stretch - will adjust to fill the control - May cause distortion
    3. Zoom - will adjust evenly in each direction to fill the control as well as possible.

It sounds like you are using clip. Zoom will probably solve your issue
Check the Picture alignment setting is appropriate as well.

If your boss experiences wider issues with forms having text/controls that are too small or not filling the screen, consider using automatic form resizing.
