In actually, I reviewed the first link but, when i saw that it wasn't similar to my suggestion, i skipped the second because I supposed [wrongly] that it was in a similar spirit with the first link.
I think that, generally, a small introduction about the provided link, prepares the reader for its contents and gives to the link more possibilities to be clicked and to the post to be found in a relevant search. Personally, I find this practice very useful for a forum such this, in any event.
