Education - VBA for Access - are version 2013 tutorials still valid for version 2019?

In my self-study program, I use youtube, forums like this one and books (e or paper) to learn about stuff and guide my practice.

I'm finding fewer tutorials and books on Access 2019 programing and lots for 2013, and a mountain for Excel.

Can I get the basics of Class and Module how-to from the 2013 resources and use them effectively in 2019 version?

Is there a lot of carry-over from Excel to Access that would make the Excel 2019 resources useful?

    thanks in advance for suggestions.

Almost everything in an Access 2013 tutorial (e.g. those by Steve Bishop & Richard Rost) is applicable to all later versions including 2019/365

Some features in Excel tutorials will also be useful for Access as both share the same VBA language which makes automation of Excel from Access (and vice versa) both relatively simple and very powerful. However there are also many differences in how each program implements VBA
