that didn't work.....I'm now prompted to enter a parameter when opening the form, and when I do that, it tells me that the field size doesn't permit my selection
You'll have to modify june's SQL statement driving the combo box to include your table's primary key, in June's example he's just using ID to indicate the Primary Key field.
