Best way to do a direct mailing for a nonprofit organization

I have created a database that will print addresses on pre-design paper all I need to do is print the labels on in the letters complete the issue that I’m having is that when I print I’m getting duplicates print it out I created a print form to print on the Address at a specific point the issue that I’m having is that when it prints I get a lot of doubles which is very frustrating to do I’m either looking for ideas on how to maybe rewrite the database or suggestions on what I need to change to prevent this from happening I use a wireless printer when I print thank you

Use a query, and the DISTINCT keyword, else use GROUP BY on all the fields.

The duplicates might be valid depending on where you are getting the data from, like Contributions?

I use these my problem I print to a file and check it’s ok . When I use the printer that’s the problem thank you for the response and also can you recommend a database that I could look at in access to try to figure this out?
