Unclear if both those examples are just the Excel data or one is actually an example of your Access table. If the latter, you are off on the wrong foot as Access tables and Excel sheets must not to be designed the same way. In that case, you should read

Once properly designed, getting Excel data into Access can be done a few ways: TransferSpreadsheet function; link sheet as an Access table; Automation - to name but a few.
