Put a break at the beginning of the code (in the subreport) and open the main report and see if it stops there, I suspect is doesn't.
Cheers,

Cheers,
done, i put a break on "report_open" and stops on that part, when i click on F5 the main form opens without that rubreport
Why put the break on Open when you said you moved the code to the Load event of the subreport (is a subreport and not a subform, right?)? You want to see if the event (of the subreport) fires when you open the main report in Report view. But I would stick with using the Format event of the subreport's Detail section (Corpo).
Cheers,
you're right.
i'll make some tests but enough of suggestion, thanks!
hi vlad, sorry for necroposting but i have brilliantly - thanks to you - solved the first problem.
now, the problem is that my "ProfiloPB" report works fine both in report than print preview but, when i export it, i have some missing subreport ONLY if i insert the subreport called "Report-Analisi portafoglio trasferibile".
if i delete this subreport from the report i got no problem.
I'm struggling form the morning with this problem
found the problem, the charts.
don't worry, you can still help me!!
i said i found the problem, not solved the problem
the charts in subreport "Report-Analisi portafoglio trasferibile" are good in report view and print preview, but screw up everything when i export the main report!
Hi Diego, looks like you uploaded the older version, I cannot find the subreport with the charts in the file from post #20.
Cheers,
maybe i messed up. this is the good one
i think i found the problem. I can't set chart rowsource through vba, i have to set the rowsource in the property pane of the chart object. weird
actually, i'm not sure about that too, cause the problem came back once.
EDIT: i solved changing procedure, now i have 4 query that i change using querydef.sql and setting the rowsource of charts to that queries.
don't ask me why but now it's working, that's enough for me.
thanks for the help and ....nice dog

Hi Diego,
Glad to hear, sorry I just got home from a short camping trip.
And thanks for mentioning my puppy, he even had an Italian name (Caro).
Cheers,
