How to prevent shift button after accde file conversion in MS Access 2016

    Dear friends,

I have concluded my project on Access. Then I used VBA code to hide ribbon and also navigation part. Then I converted it to accde file smoothly. Howeve if I push "Shift" button click open. all tables and other objects are still viewed. My all data is unsecure. Anyone can directly go and delete the open data from tables. How can shift button prevented? Or at least I need to prevent my tables to be opened.

I wil be appreciated for answers.
    Thanks in advance

You need to apply security such as disabling the shift bypass BEFORE converting to ACCDE.
See my article / tutorial - Securing Your Database http://www.mendipdatasystems.co.uk/i...y-2/4594571073

However you need to be aware that it is possible to re-enable the shift bypass externally. Never rely on that property alone.
