Sir, I have two tables one is 'Personal' and the other is 'Vacancy' which are related to employees in the different offices
Personal table fields:PLID, OFFID,DESGID,NAM etc
Vacancy table fields:ID,OFFID,DESGID,POST (Describes no of post(designation) in each office under our HQ
Personal table refers each employee at present and their existing offices, and some other details
There are also 'Office table', 'Designation table'etc. and they have relationship with the above 2 tables
I want to find the vacancy in each office for a designation (with the help of form or report)...How can I compare this tables for finding vacant post in each office
Relationship and queries etc are attached herewith...
Ajax sir helped me too much for preparing this project and the software is still superb and helped me to enter Annual Confidential Report of officers, finding present offices, giving promotions, transfer...all are working well...Now I have to find out the vacancy of post in each offices...that will make this software much essential
