Hi Tera
I've just sent you a PM with a copy to Micron for info. Did it reach you & can you now reply?
EDIT: Still can't PM Paul (WelshGasman) but he has fewer posts than Tera : Paul =4; Tera=6.

I did pass the request on and it was forwarded "up the line". However, I have not heard anything back.
At last it seems I have the PM functionality too.
Many thanks to isladogs and all who helped out.
And I thought My 5 hrs a night was bad.Only 5 hours sleep during the past 48 hours.
Glad to see you here Tera. (a\k\a DeletedT )
@moke123 thanks for your visitor message you sent the other day. I had no way to reply there.
Glad to see you here too.
Now that I know so many familiar names on the board, it feels like being at home again.
In case of sleeping time, normally I sleep only 3 hrs 15 min everyday. 3 AM to 6:15 AM.
Most of my friends tell me I will die much sooner than expected because of my life style.
The other day I was thinking:
If someone who sleeps 8 hrs a day as expected, he has been sleeping 1/3 of the day.
Now let's imagine this guy will live until 90 years old. He's been sleeping one third of his whole life. It means that 30 years of his life time he's been sleeping, or in other word he's been conscious (alive) only 60 years.
Now imagine the same guy sleeps only 3 hours a day (that is 1/8), and will die 20 years sooner than expected (70), because of not having enough sleep. He's been sleeping only 1/8 of his life which makes it 8.75 years.
That is 8.75 + 20 = 28.75 years. well comparing to the first case (30 years), he's been awake (alive) 1.25 years more.
Seems to be hypocritical, but sleeping less, means living longer.
Just kidding.
I know I have to rest more. But I'm on a new project and there's a lot of ideas on my mind that even if I go to bed, I can't stop thinking about them.
PS: What did you mean by a\k\a DeletedT ? My dictionary returns no meaning for it. Maybe a typo?

Your english is so good it's easy to forget its not your native language.
A\K\A is short for "also known as"
Your old profile now shows as DeletedT.
I think it depends on the site.
For instance there was once a prolific poster we all knew and loved who was banned from a site. All his posts were removed but the threads remained. It was funny to go back to them afterwards and in reading the thread, posters would be thanking him by name but he didn't appear anywhere in the thread.
Both of them?posters would be thanking him by name

For info, the new owner at UA has agreed to look into whether any/all of that member's posts can be restored from old backups. Unlikely but hopefully possible.

If the shoe fits . . .
I actually looked for an example before posting and I think they may have restored them with your new name as I couldn't find any.
I don't think so as I just checked for any posts under the old or new user names from 2017 but couldn't find any.
I'll have another search later for specific topics and see if I can find any
EDIT -here's an example of one such thread with loads of missing posts and comments related to those: https://utteraccess.com/topics/2045546
I'll get there.
