If only that were true. I'm sure you have the desire and the ability to improve, as we all do, but none of us here would ever claim to know it all. Explain more of what you mean by making the db "live"

Thanks Bob, I a, still learning the rope. My app has no validation set. I am not good at VBA or Macro. So what I have is just a skeleton.
