    dear

i have form with attachment feature.
i set the data entry of the form to yes.
every time i go out from the form and return i cant see the attachment on the form - its empty (its only saved inside the table).

now i want to ask if there is an option to leave the data entry on yes and still see the attachment that i add on the form ( i mean inside the attachment feature)???

    thanks

not clear what you are trying to do - setting data entry to true means you can only enter new records, you cannot see existing records, whether or not they contain attachments

Also, although you can add attachments, they do cause the db to bloat quite significantly. Better instead to keep the attachment in a specified folder and just store the filename in a text field.

Perhaps show a screenshot of your form to illustrate your problem

    Hi

Setting Data Entry to Yes allows you to add New Records.

Setting Data Entry to No allows you to View all records stored in the Bound Table.

When you set the Data Entry to No you then need a Combobox in the Header of the Form which allows you to navigate to a specific Record
You can PM me if you need further help.
