A problm occurred while Microsoft Access was communicating with the OLE server or ActiveX control

I'm getting this error from my database:

The exprssion OnClick you entered as the event property setting produced the following error: A problm occurred while Microsoft Access was communicating with the OLE server or ActiveX control

Its strange because I wasnt getting this esterda and all I did was remove some code from the On Load event which was just colour formating.

But when opening my database I click as follows:

MainMenu > AllCustomers > (pick any and click) Edit > 2.1 Identity > Anyy button will give you the error, but i was playing backards and forwards with it earlier and have not changed anything to figure out what is causing this problem.

    Any help would be usefull.

Create a new empty DB and copy ALL objects from the broken DB. That fixed it for me. Below is 'how to' from the new DB.
