Report in PrintPreview cannot be interactive. Use ribbon print or right click menu.

If report is open in ReportView, can have button with code in Click event. Try:

    DoCmd.OpenReport "reportname", acViewNormal

    or like this:

    DoCmd.OpenReport "reportname", acViewPreview
    DoCmd.PrintOut
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
