How to share db with others

I have an Access 365 database that another person and I both need to keep updated. I don't think I have access to a SharePoint site. What are my options? If using SharePoint is the only option, how do I do that?

all users have a copy of the FE app that sits in their private network folder,
they click a shortcut on their desktop.

i have table with all users folders ,
I run code that copies the current app to all folders.
everyone is updated at the same time.

Neither of us is on a network. We're just two guys in two houses miles apart who need to work together to keep a database updated. I don't believe the other guy has Microsoft Access installed on his computer.

Please tell us more in simple terms about the application and your use of Access.

The simple Access 365 database contains just one table with four short text fields, one number field, and one attachment field that will contain one picture for each record. Two of us need to keep the table updated via a form. I need to generate reports and make them viewable and downloadable from a web page. Our website's hosting service does not provide SharePoint. Our organization does not have any income. I use Windows 10 and the other guy uses a Mac. I don't believe the other guy has Microsoft Access. I've about decided I need to code the whole thing myself in SQL and PHP but I don't have the time or the expertise to do that. If Access can export to SQL that would help but I don't see a way to do that. So I'm looking for options. Any and all suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
