Employee location changes based on date

    Hi,

guys, need your help. Have problem with historical data. Overall situation, we employees which for month could change their unit where they are working and if I creating simple query then there are problem that historical data changing also. I added start and end dates, for end date if it's actual for today I insert default value - 3000-01-01 if agent doing change for example from other week he will work in other unit then I changing end date for example to 2020-06-19 and entering new row with changed unit with end value - 3000-01-01 what showing that this record are valid right now and will be in the future.

If there are only queries which are updating tables and then this data coming to excel, where I could describe formula and how it's should looks like that if agent worked till today in UNIT 1 all data about his results going to UNIT 1 and from other week he start working at UNIT 2 so data result should go to UNIT 2 and didn't should change for historical period?

Can you upload a sample db with some data and also show us a mock-up of your desired output.

I think it would be similar to this model:
    but with tEmployeeLocations & tDaysWorked
Attached Thumbnails Attached Thumbnails use dates in rate table.jpg
