    Linking Client information forms

I'm working for a nonprofit. We see clients who want to apply for multiple types of benefits. Each client won't have all the information requested. For instance, a single person may come in to apply for food assistance. In order to minimize the scrolling up and down, I created several forms that could be completed or many not be completed if the person is single. I have a tab to gather spouse/partner information, children information (up to 5), other adults in the household, financial form to input income and any other public benefits received such as food stamps, and then a tab to capture overflow or additional information.

My issue is I need each form to attach to specific clients. For instance, if I open record 1, all the tabs associated with record one should be the only forms that open. What is happening now is that the main form may open for record one if I do a search, but the other forms could be associated with any other record.

Is there a way to link the forms so that they travel as part of a single record?

    Thank you!

Presuming they are subforms, the subform control has master/child link properties. This is normally how subforms are kept in sync with a main form.
