Just what I suggested in post #4.I'll back out and start again w/o label wizard.
Is there a generic printer or real printer with allowable very narrow margins?
Maybe I can load this printer driver, build my report on that and then switch when i do the user defined printer. Essentially going around my existing print driver.
With my existing printer drivers, I cannot get narrow margins. It wants to default to larger size reducing the available label content.
Don't know your printer or media, but if it's pinfeed with tractor, can you move the tractor left and right? Define the label wider and use the tractors to set the left print start position.
You're right.
I get "user defined" when I have the default printer set to one of the regular printers.
I create the report using the default settings and with user defined. When I actually print the label, I need to switch to the Dymo but the problem returns.
Page Setup reverts to the same Dymo label as before after the print, changing margins, and then viewed when returning to Page Setup.
Called Dymo and their programmers are working on new drivers.
I want to thank you very much for your continued interest in solving this issue.
Very much appreciated.
