    Question Help with a report

For my IT course, we had to make a query have it show certain things, and show only 3 out of the 5 fields, which was fine (Screen shot attached)

Now it says to create a report from the query using report wizard using one of the fields that are showing, and the two that are not. But when I open report wizard, it only shows the three that are selected to show. (Screen shot attached)

I have no idea what I've done wrong?

I would simply just create the report using the original table, but because the query is all filtered, I can not do it that way.

If someone could help me, that would be great!

    Cheers.

You can not display a field in a report unless it is selected in the RecordSource of the Report. Just because it is selected does not mean it *must* be displayed on your report. All controls on a report have a .Visible property.
