Adding records to a query through another query.

We keep separate Access database or tables for the following subjects. Postal Codes, Suppliers, Bank Branches, Exchange rates, Vehicle Models and Values and a few more. This is separate from our running database. The outside databases has changes of data in records, but also of course new records added. I understand how to use APPEND QUERIES to add to tables. I do not know if there is a way to add new records to a query in a similar (append query)way.

Records are appended to tables. Queries pull from tables. Just open the query or form/report based on query. If already open, then refresh/requery.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
