    Problem with Access Queries\Reports

Ok so i have about 4 tables... IDK how in depth i should go but i used the wizard to create a report from all records and it only shows SPECIFIC records.

It only shows records that have the word "Home" in the Location field of my INCIDENT table.

I'm not sure how to explain this any better but this happens similarly with certain queries as well.

To make it clearer...my the "Location" field of my "Incident" table can have 1 of 3 possible records. "Home", "Car Park" and "Other". Only records that have "Home" even show up in these reports as well as most queries.

    Hi,

could be there are no corresponding records on the many side of your query. Have you tried some outer joins to check this?

    greetings
