Remove Search box in Nav buttons function?

    Hi,

I was wondering if the Search box, that shows up at the bottom with the navigation buttons, can be removed.

I have a search routine built into my form and don't want the user the venture there.

    Thanks,

    Vic

Disable form NavigationButtons property. Sorry, navigation buttons will also disable.

I think not. You'd have to roll your own, a very common approach. Just remember to check that you're on the first or last record before attempting to navigate back or forth.
Late to the party again. Just to clarify, I meant you can't remove the box and leave the arrows there, which is what I thought you meant, because you wrote "with the navigation buttons".

    June7 and Micron,

I was afraid you were going to say that. I was just hoping it could be done.

    Thanks anyway.

You probably wouldn't find it too onerous to create your own record navigation controls. Plenty of examples to be found.
