Corrupt Query

I have an update query that was working great. Today, it is giving me this error:

I made an append query that can't enter the field [MonthlyShiftsID]. It's a number field, so it's 0. I follow up with an update query that takes the field [MonthlyShiftsID] from the form I'm using and updates the table with it.



It was working great. I'm not sure what happened. Ideas on what I might have done wrong?

I made a select query and changed the information by typing them into the fields. This worked perfectly. I tried to make an update query with the same information and typed the information I wanted straight into the Update to. It gave the same error.
