OK, here is the dB.... for 3 tables, I reduced approx 146 fields to approx 20.
The main form has two sub forms Quals and Trips.
I do not know what "TripTempo_1Year" or "TripTempo_2Years" are so they are just on the form.
I removed all special characters and punctuation in object names.
I did not spend time on the 1 year or 2 year percentage query.
Hopefully this will help in moving forward.
