Need to auto update column titles in form based Crosstab Query

Hi Helpers (and thanks in advance!)

Last year made a reporting tool for quantities of product per year, 3 years, displayed in a datasheet form.
Source of form was crosstab query. Used Year as column titles by adding 2007,2008,2009 in query property sheet, "column headings". Access required this to enable view of 2007, 2008, 2009 as fields for the form.

Problem: now time to flop year, and have to modify every query and every datasheet form to accomdate old year out, new year in.

Have tried introducing another table YearNo, YearRef, using YearRef in the crosstab but can't figure out how to make the title in the form come out as 2008 for Yr1, etc.

Can anyone help please?

Ahmagawd, have pivot charts assoc with the crosstab queries, also have to update every chart to include the new year column ...help

Need to redesign so can update column name by changing either one table
