    Counting, adding numbers

I have some statistics I need to configure.

We have a threshold say of 3 days and have say 100 records for 3 individuals. I need to know how may of those 100 record are with the 3 day threshold for each individual and then a percentage within the threshold. I then need to figure this for all as a group.

    Individual A
    2
    2

    3
    3
    5

so we have 4 within the 3 days (80% within the threshold and 20% did not meet threshold).

    Thanks!

Please tell us your definition/requirement of threshold.

    -required on site?
    -to be finished by?

Perhaps you could expand your description for clarity.

This is a completion threshold. For example we have work that comes in via our queues. Each 'ticket' has to be handled in a certain timeframe. It is two fold. It has to be responded to within a certain time and then completed with ins a certain time. I need to track the number of calls within the time and then a percentage for each team member and the team as a whole
