Attached is an image for better understanding of my question.
As you will see by the form I have two combo boxes and two option groups.
Looking at the query, you'll notice that for package numbers 1 and 2 the program and facility area is what I want it to look like. For package number 3 on the query it is returning the value of CIP and FS1.
I am also having the same problem with my option groups....notice on the query that package number 1 is returning a value of "2" for shift and on the form, "nightshift" is selected.
My obvious question is how to return the nomenclature for the values on the form to my query?
