I just want to check here before I tell this guy that you can't use reports to input data. I thought he had a great understanding of Access, but it seems he may not.
So, you can not use a Report to input data, correct or incorrect?

as far as i know, you cant
i tried it with a report i have by putting text boxes in it and such, and it gave me a message at the bottom saying you cant enter data on reports
there might be a way around it, and if there is, i surely would like to know about it, but i dont think you can
