I'm new to access and need help on this. I created a crew database and want to find out if a new entry may already be there. (They change names, but may use the same tax id, email address, contact name, phone number or postal address)
I want to create a form where I can enter 1 up to 5 of the previous elements and click a button to check if any of them are already present.
Additionally, I'd like to save time by using what I already typed to create a new record if no duplicates are present.
