I need "help" with designing an access form based off an existing excel form. I also need to new access form to pull information from an existing database. I am not tech savvy and willing to compensate for your time.

You might find someone here who will pick this up for you for free, but seeing as how the forum is more about helping people solve issues (they are doing the bulk of the work) I'm not sure. If you're offering a paid job then you should probably say so, but I can't recall if such solicitation is against forum rules. It's also not clear if your forms are to be Access forms or Excel userforms.

The main issue is that more than likely, your data in Excel is not suitable for MS Access. See this blog for more information:-
