I work for a non-profit charity and we need to track our donors, but we cannot afford expensive donor software. So we are trying to build our own database system.
I have 5 Excel spreadsheets one for each year 2015-2019 which I imported into Access. Each sheet has the same headings Name, Contact Information and Year. Not every name is in every year and some years may have different names. What I need to do is make a query to find out which names are in which year. For example, the output might show:
Mickey Mouse 2015, 2016, 2019
Donald Duck 2015, 2018
What is the best way to go about doing this? Any help is much appreciated.
