Multiple records side by side

Please see attached document. How do I design a report that will show the records side by side as shown?

Try using the report wizard to set up some 4 up labels and run your table against it.

My wizard is not that flexible. Maybe related to the version of Access?

Can't crack this one.

Page setup of report->columns->
number of columns:4
column size width:1.6
