Open Form From Switchboard show on another Tab

Hello,



I have the Switchboard set to Maximum on open. How can I open the AFRs Form from the Switchboard where it is on another tab ?

This way there will be 2 tabs on the top to select the Switchboard being the one in the back and the AFRs Form being the one in the front.

Here you go. Problem was with Switchboard maximized, you couldn't see anything behind it, plus it was a popup.
Rather than do that, just hide the nav pane and ribbon, letting the application tabs (not meaning the form tabs) show.

One request please. How can the file extension not show at the top of page? Can this message be modified to something else or left blank?

Don't know how to hide that bar. Maybe someone who has worked with this can jump in...
