Access 2007 Reports Based on ID

I have an access database with user information in it. I want to be able to run a report for all users, which works fine, and a report based on the user i am viewing and export it to excel as a csv to be imported into Outlook as a contact.



I am new to access and my boss has asked me to put this together along with other things with the same database which will come later.

Can this be done?

try a small popup form to input the user id into before opening up the report. then throw the data from the popup into the where clause of the docmd.openreport line of code.
