    There is no code or macro under that button on my system.

    I told my NCR Button to open the Non Conformance Form and it did.

    ok did you set the button from DATA| Navigation target Name | Non-Conformance?

    It will open the form ok then click on add new CAR enter data and save record.

    After Looking at yours again you did not call the form DATA |Navigation Target Frame. seems it does not work if you keep it in the frame.

    Looks like the form is opened, but I reality it may not??

    It looks like that button just loads the SubFormControl. Still, it should not throw that error here. Still investigating...
