    there several solutions:
    1 delete the data box by box;
    2 copy a blank column and paste to this column;
    3 copy blank column from excel and paste;
    4 delete the column in design view, save and then add back the column;
    5 hire somebody else to do it with query;
    6 select whole column, replace * to blank

    Johny,

    why not experiment a little? you'd be surprised what you can do by learning the program yourself.
