Arrow Resize controls based upon List Box selection

Within one of my forms is a List Box that contains 6 different choices. There is also a Option Group below this list box which contains either 1 or 2 options (as radio buttons).
Thus, if certain items are selected from the List Box, there may only be a single option visible, whereas others will show both options.
Is it possible to also resize the actual Option Group display based upon the choice from the List Box?
In other words, if a certain value is selected from the List Box, the actual width of the Option Group would need to change.

    Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

The frame (and labels within) have a Width property you can set in code.

If you're concerned about option button locations seeming to move around based on choices, why not just disable rather than hide? The placements would be constant.
