    Dates: query and criteria

    Hi again.

I've looked for many places and couldn't find this solution.
    I wonder It´s very simple but i couldn't.

I have a table with people data and each time a new data is added automatically the current date is also added formatted as dd/mm/yyyy (mask ##/##/####).
I need a report every week with these data and I have a query for this.
What is going on is that it reports me from the last to the first register (desc)at these last 7 days but considering only the day first, for example,…

08/08/2010 Mariasj jhsksj jskjs jdkjs UNIMED
07/08/2010 Mariasj jhsksj jskjs jdkjs UNIMED
06/09/2010 Mariasj jhsksj jskjs jdkjs UNIMED
    …. ,…. etc…

Is there any way to fix this, to organize this query for the whole real date?

    Thank you very much again.

Thank you for your help but i don't think so.
This text tells about formating date and this is working fine, i guess.
When i need to order it from the newest to the oldest dates it happens what i have described before.
I keep trying and thank you again.

Access *always* stores a date in a DateTime field in US format. It is actually just a *very special* floating point number field. Is your field a DateTime field? If it is just a text field then you will have such problems.

Yes, I know it. Here in Brazil Access is all in Portuguese and store data at our format.
My mistake was to build the table assigning the Date fiel as TEXT. Changing it to DateTime fixed everything.
    Thank you again.
