How Can I Get Handle Of Ribbon ( Access Ribbon ) Or TabControl In Form

Not sure of what you're asking. You want the Hwnd property? If so, I don't think it applies to the ribbon and am quite certain not to a tab control.

I Could Obtain The Hwnd Of Ribbon But Just The Ribbon Can Be Minimized By ShowWindow Or Can Close By SendMessageA And Umsg: WM_CLOSE ( This Is Like Docmd.ShowToolBar "Ribbon",aCToolBarNo ) But Could Not Change The Layout To RTL , The Default For Ribbon Is LTR

Example :
For The Navigation Pane Is Possible To Change The Ex_Layout To RTL If You Did , All Words Will Be Reversed , As You Know The Navigation Pane Placed In The Left Side Of The Window Application

Not much idea what all that means. You've been asked elsewhere in this forum to not capitalize every word. I didn't bother commenting on that thread, which I was subscribed to, since two requests there should have been enough.
