Create a Directory Path from calculated field value

I created query with a calculated field that mimics the file structure we use for project folders. I would like to create a folder and send reports to this folder from Access. The calculated field is as follows.
    ProjectPath: "O:\EstimatingNEQP\Projects" & Year([ProposalDate]) & " " & "Quotes" & [FirstName] & " " & [LastName] & "" & Month([ProposalDate]) & " " & Format([ProposalDate],"mmmm") & "" & Left([ProposalDate],2) & "-" & Format([ProposalDate],"dd") & "-" & Format([ProposalDate],"yy") & " " & [ProjectName]
