    Detail section of form not visible in form view.

    When I open it up in firm view the detail section will not show. I have resized the section and checked all the properties and everything is set to visible. Not sure what is going on.

    I suspect the Visible property of the Detail section is set to NO.

    The properties you are showing are the Form Properties.

    If you create a new form and then copy and paste all your exiting form controls onto the new form, the new form appears to work correctly. I would suspect that your existing form has some corruption

    The problem wasn't corruption.
    It was because your form footer height was excessive (23.11cm).
    As you were using tabbed documents, there wasn't enough room on the screen to display the detail section.
    Shrink the height to 17cm or less & the detail reappears.

    Creating a new form worked as you will have used a shorter form footer
    Colin, Access MVP, Website, email
