    Fill One text box from the other

    Hi Anyone,

    I have two text boxes in my access from, one with with the name “Order ID” and the other “Request No”.

    What I’m trying to get is when I write let’s say “1982” in the text box “Order ID”, that number also to appear on the text box Request Number as “1982”.

    Any help on this would be kindly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

    Best regards
    Adsm

    Ignoring the normalization issue of having two fields with the same data, in the after update event of the textbox you'd copy its value to the second:

    Me.SecondTextbox = Me.FirstTextbox
