Creating a form to compile into Paragraph

Good Day, I am trying to put a form together containing a paragraph but certain areas of the paragraph would have different information based on the user. Basically I would like to have specific verbiage but certain information would be generated from a drop down list. Is there a way to do this?

you can , but its not great.
use a query to assemble the paragraph. Then the form would hold the fields (of 1 paragraph).

    it is very clumsy.

would it generate as complete sentences that way? reason for this is to copy and past information.
