    Formating a query

I have some query results that are coming back as negative integers despite formatting them as #.00. Anyone know how I can get the results to display in decimal form instead?

Personally I never format in a query, only on forms and reports. In a textbox, a numeric field can actually have a 4 part format: positive/negative/ZLS/Null. If you wish to continue to format in the query, you might check to see if the same option exists there. If memory serves, each part is separated by a semi-colon.

    Formatting a query

Okay, that makes sense. I will do the formatting in report form. Thanks for the help!
